Who is responsible for processing on this site
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the publisher of the dukatbet.win portal, based at Andrássy út 12, 1061 Budapest. For questions about personal data, write to us at info@dukatbet.win.
We are not a gaming or casino operator. If you click a link leading to Dukat.bet, you leave our site, and any further processing is governed by the Dukat.bet privacy policy, not by this text. You can find out more about who we are on the about us page.
What data is created when you just read
During an ordinary visit you don’t give us your name or e-mail. Only technical and statistical data is created:
- technical server logs — time of request, IP address, browser type; used for security and troubleshooting,
- traffic statistics from Google Analytics 4 — which pages are read, from which device and country, and for how long; only if you consent,
- e-mail content — if you write to us yourself, we have your address and whatever you put in your message.
We don’t build advertising profiles and we don’t sell data.
That’s all.
Google Analytics 4 and your consent
For measurement we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It only starts after you click to consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored in your browser.
GA4 mainly sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, which tell one visitor apart from another without us knowing their name. Data may also be transferred to the USA. Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for this.
You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings or by deleting the cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of measurement carried out before it.

Access, erasure, objection: how to arrange it with us
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Just write to info@dukatbet.win. We will reply without undue delay, usually within one month. With GA4 statistics we often cannot reliably identify a specific person, so the most effective step is to withdraw consent directly in your browser. Other ways to reach us are on the contact page.
If you disagree with how we handle your data
You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. In Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
As we are based in Hungary, the lead supervisory authority is the Hungarian NAIH. We would appreciate it if you contacted us first, as we can resolve most matters faster directly.
